Happy Birthday Esme

Our best attempt at the first cousin picture.

The girlies

Those smiles are to die for.

Lazy saturday morning

Just hanging on in the bedroom, watching TV with Dad.

Something tells me this will be a tradition for some time.

Impromptu playdate

Weary at first

Brothers don't shake hands, brothers gotta hug

Hoping Ryan rubbed off on Iggy and he's going to try walking now.

Look who's becoming a pro

Vintage Chauncey

Sunday with the twins

Iggy and I went to my parent's last weekend to watch the Bears lose. It's always so sweet to see the twins and how much they love their baby cousin.

Happy Friday!

Iggy was confused as to why I was picking him up from daycare so early. I was excited to get a jump start on our weekend.

Such an Irishman

Green does him well

How did we get so lucky?

His face is almost too much at times, melts my heart every second.

Warming up to cereal

Someone's about to explode

Such a sweet boy

Go Bears!

Michael went to the first Bears game of the season and was lucky enough to go onto the field to watch the team warm up.

The boys had a fabulous time.

A September 11th to remember

Iggy and I went to cheer on Joanna while she ran the Naperville half marathon.

This guy carried the flag the entire time while chanting U.S.A. I couldn't have been more proud.

Iggy showing off his red, white and blues.

We concluded the day with a visit to Grandma Mary for Grandparents day. She loves cooing over Baby Iggy.

Southside

Ignatius enjoying some quality time with his Godfather

Olivia doing her best warm-ups

The nard-dog wanting to get in on the action

I post this picture simply for the fact that he looks like me in it.

We took a trip to the Southside to watch Olivia's soccer game. We even brought Chaucey which caused a distraction for Olivia. She told Michael she would rather stay on the sidelines and comb his hair all day long instead.

Time for cereal

At our four month visit, our pediatrician gave us the green light to start cereal. As you can see from above Ignatius was not too thrilled.

Month Four

Life has been quite an adjustment. Being back at work full-time and Iggy going to daycare means less opportunities for truly amazing photo sessions. Can you tell by the sleep face above?

This is his best effort, he's ready for sleepy time.

Ready for Fall

He's loving this chilly weather

He loves Hawaii and I love him

"Awe come on Mom"

The return of the animal ears

Iggy's looking to start a new band called Froghat

"He looks just like Michael"

This is what I've been constantly hearing these days, and this picture proves it.

Loves him some lounging

Just kicking back after a long day at school

Maybe I'll sleep here tonight

Have you ever seen such eyes?
