St. Nick

Iggy was excited to open his present.

An activity I most certainly wish I could have done with my mom. She would have put my lack of skills to shame.

Bathing Maeve - part two

Please excuse his sassy "NO"

Mornings with Momma

I'm really going to miss our days together when I go back to work in a month. Got to soak it all up while I can.
Those eyes, I could stare for hours.

Iggy don't chew with your mouth open.

Who me?

Now here come the manners

Two month visit

Yesterday was our two month visit. Ignatius was pleased as a peach in the waiting room.

But oh how things changed when we were called back. Lots and lots of tears and koala like cuddling on Mommy. It didn't matter how many times I said "it's just for Maeve." I actually think he cried harder than her when she got her shots.

Back at home and showing no signs of side effects from the shots.

Maeve playing coy, but she got quite the rave review at her visit. Maeve's tipping the scales at 13lbs 12oz (95th percentile) and is 24 inches long (92nd percentile). The Cronin melon has yet to erupt at 39cm (66th percentile).

And he's off

I decided to let Iggy stretch his legs during our evening walks. Well needless to say he was in heaven. Excuse the blurriness of this photo, but it's due to the fact that he was sprinting.

Bottle time

We've been working on trying to get Maeve to take a bottle. They say the breast feeding Momma shouldn't feed the bottles because baby will just want to nurse. So why not have Iggy do it?
Such concentration

I died at the loving pets on her forehead.

You got this sis.

He was showing her sucking motions.

Uh oh

Ignatius's friends were called to an early business meeting. Sophie was really laying into them for poor sales reports on black Friday. And yes he did position them all like that.

Two Months

Where is the time going? I can't believe two months is finally here. My initial thought for her two month pictures was to put her in a Christmas stocking, well I couldn't squeeze her curves into ours. So we had to settle on the tree. I love the twinkle of the lights.
I guess that face is because she would rather be sleeping them having me take pictures of her.

Smile with your eyes.

These jams are most appropriate for her brother, but still cute.

Come on blue eyes!

Please don't go anywhere

Can't pry these two apart

He's the definition of a proud big brother

Maeve's first girlie party

Sunday we had an ornament exchange party. Maeve was thrilled to get lots of lovin from her aunties and cuzzies.

I mean seriously Maeve, I'm going to eat your face

I can't figure out why she looks so disgusted to be posing with me

Happily fed

Work it girl

Maeve knows how to make a giant bow work

Iggy wants in on any pictures in the chair

Whispering sweet nothings

Training him early

Michael's motto is "I don't clean bathrooms." So that's my job, well luckily Ignatius loves to help with the toilets.

Maeve gets a bath....from Iggy

Iggy's mind is spinning

She has no idea what's coming her way

Making sure he gets lots of water in her eyes

I love how she won't take her eyes off him, even as water is being poured into them

Oh Maevey, you're a whole lotta woman to love

There are no words

Santa Baby

Well isn't she just too precious

My fears come true

I was feeding Maeve the other day when I heard the toilet seat being lifted. I went into the bathroom and saw this sight. He immediately looked up at me and said "I did it." I was wondering when things were going to start going into the toilet. Sigh.

Well that's an interested play room

This is going to be a disaster trying to keep clean.

Best buds

Nudie love fest

Poking those chubby cheeks

Where's Maeve's belly button?

Where's Iggy's belly button?

Let's hold hands

Hugs!

And a kiss.

And now we're done since Maeve is trying to nurse.

Bappy party

I love this picture, her loving glance up at Auntie Barb.

Very serious while cooking in the kitchen

Cordelia stop growing up so fast.

Thomas was a big hit.

The kids were shockingly good at taking turns.

The kittens were a huge success. Cat scratch fever anyone?

Maevey is quite cozy in her Grammie's arms.

Hard to tell where her real chin ends and her double chin begins. Ridiculous.

What a dude

Godparents Dan and Melissa

Thank you to everyone for coming out and making it such a magical day. I truly could have not scripted a better day if I tried. We are beyond blessed.
