This is what we've resorted too

Sometimes we have to trick Iggy to eat. This entails pulling up Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on YouTube. It works wonders, but I'm still ashamed to admit it.

Bike rides

The loving looks on their faces really tugs at my heart strings.

I think he'll forever protect her.

Future photographer

He really likes taking pictures of himself. Can you tell?

Bath fun

Nothing but smiles for Maeve in the tub. Even when Iggy is dumping buckets of water on her head.

The injury

The first week of daddy daycare Maeve collided her face with Iggy's plastic car track. It pulled the skin off of her chin. My immediate fear was a permanent scar on her sweet baby face. Luckily a few months later it has faded to hardly noticeable.

My pool rats

Unfortunately Iggy takes after me. A few minutes in chilly temperatures and his face goes pale and his lips turn purple. He has quickly earned the nickname Zombie Baby.

No cold waters will hold Maevey back. She can't get enough.

I think we would have gone crazy without the pool this summer. Looking forward to next year and how much their swimming abilities have taken off. Or for when Iggy and I can layout and catch some rays together.

The quest for the cup

Ignatius really got into the Stanley Cup Playoffs. His smile at the end is heart melting.
