Halloween

My sister had a Wonder Woman costume from Reese so I knew Iggy had to be Superman. I think it worked out perfectly. What a crazy day for weather. We made it around the block and poor kids had the rosiest of rosy cheeks and freezing cold hands.

Funny side note about Iggy's love of superheroes. In his class 5 kids were asked what do you want to be when you grow up? There were 2 doctors, 1 teacher, 1 mommy, and 1 batman. Which do you think was Iggy? Michael said he would want nothing more from him 3 year old. What a guy.

I came home with Iggy's Superman costume. Maeve immediately wanted to join in the fun and be Spiderman. However she refused to take it off, even for nap. My sister said she looks just like Shiloh Jolie-Pitt here. 

Dinner date

For the first time ever Maeve and I went to dinner just the two of us. It was such a special treat. I think she didn't know what to do with herself.

Another trip to the Northwoods flew by. We had such a great trip and can't wait for next year.

Lulu was not pleased that we got stuck on the boat during a down pour.

The boat rides for Maeve were quite a challenge. She was not happy with having to wear her puddle jumper and was really not happy that she couldn't walk around when the boat was moving. Our solution was to constantly feed her snacks.
